We have had swimming pools in the past and at our last property we had it maintained by a service company. I asked them for a recommendation and they had no hesitation in endorsing Neptune Pools.

From our initial inquiry to the completion of the project we found Neptune to be professional in all aspects of the construction. Dean Jones had a great vision for the placement of the pool and a terrific understanding of levels and step heights to compliment our existing landscape.

Dean was then able to work in conjunction with his preferred landscaper which ensured continuity in the process and continued vision for the surrounds and planting. We were made well aware prior to commencement of any potential cost adjustments and were extremely happy that there weren’t any during the process. We were always kept up to date with timing and completion dates and advised of any changes to the schedule.

The overall result has been extremely pleasing and have had no hesitation in recommending Neptune Pools to others. We congratulate them on a job well done.
